Oxbow Organic Farm is on a 100-acre nature preserve in the Snoqualmie valley. The heart of this preserve is an "oxbow" lake, which provides critical habitat for salmon and other wildlife. The Snoqualmie River brings rich, Cascade glacial till to the soil. These energizing minerals are the roots of the valley's food web, and they course through the produce grown on the farm.
From May through November, the Oxbow Organic Farm sells produce at the Ballard and Magnolia Farmers Markets. They also offer a CSA membership program, which provides a weekly box of produce from May through October.
